Limited Capacity filling up

A teacher's role in helping shape the character of students is incredibly important and
never ending: the way we speak throughout the day, the behavior tolerated, the
interactions encouraged, and our clearly defined expectations are all synthesized by the
young learners we’re surrounded by each day. With love, empathy, and respect, educators
can effectively shape the learning environment for all learners, especially children who
have extra challenges or have experienced trauma in their young lives. Pre-service teachers
will come away from this session inspired, energized, and armed with strategies and
understanding to lead them confidently into their own classrooms someday soon.
