Revitalize your role as a reflective practitioner by recognizing the complexities of being both a
teacher and a creative problem solver. In this session, geared for middle school and high school
teachers of any content area, you will learn strategies to ensure engagement in the classroom
by strengthening rapport, employing effective and creative questioning strategies, and giving
students the power of choice. Additionally, by the end of this breakout session you will have
tools to engage in the habit of reflection to not only strengthen your teaching, but bring
learning to life for your students.
