Mrs. Wilson began her career in 1996. She worked in the Saint Louis public schools as a paraprofessional and then reading interventionist. She moved to Flagstaff Arizona and worked in the Williams Unified School District for three years, beginning in 2002. Mrs. Wilson was hired for the Flagstaff Unified School District, teaching at Marshall Magnet Elementary school in 2005. In 2008 Mrs. Wilson was hired to teach fifth grade at DeMiguel Elementary as she undertook her leadership internship.  The following year she was hired to the be the principal at DeMiguel Elementary, and has served as principal of DeMiguel Elementary for 11 years. Mrs. Wilson’s educational credentials include her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education as well as her Master’s from NAU in Educational Leadership. “My passion for education involves providing a STEAM focused, KIND campus, and safe learning environment for all students. My commitment to building positive relationships and leading by example will go hand in hand while exuding Lobo Pride!”
